My stylist was running behind schedule by about 15 minutes. As a result, she rushed through the styling process at the end of my appointment in order to move on to her next client. As a result, my appointment ended a bit abruptly. more

I LOVE Jordan! He does a fabulous job on my hair, makes me feel like a beauty queen and is focused on what works for me. It is the first time in my 40+ years of life that I have actually scheduled regular haircuts and scheduled with the same person! He does a better job than Rick Mosley who has been in the business 100 years (almost!LOL). more

On a whim, I stopped in at Serenity Jordan Creek hoping to have 4 inches whacked off my hair. Fortunately for me, a stylist had a cancellation and was available. I received a stress-relief mini-massage, a wash and condition, a beautiful cut with curl enhancements, delightful conversation and an excellent brow wax. I walked in on a whim and walked out on a cloud! more

I have always been impressed with the service that I have received at Serenity. The check in staff is always friendly and helpful and has even gone the extra mile to look for Coconut free shampoo for my son with allergies. Zach is always pleasant and helpful when cutting my hair. Keep up the great work! more
