I have rented from Sela investments for over 8 years. I have been completly satisfied with the customer service and the apartment unit itself. The staff is responsive and I have told many of my friends and family about Selainvestments. I would not hesitate to use there services again. more

Sela feels like home 6/3/2011

I'm new to the Minneapolis renting scene and I feel so lucky to have had Sela as my first apartment rental experience. I've never had a problem getting a phone call returned regarding any issue - large or small. Once, I locked myself out of my apartment, and there was a 24hr number I called for help. Sela has been helpful for a new to Minneapolis renter like myself. more

Love it, our building is clean 5/17/2011

We live at a Sela property in Uptown and Love it, our building is clean and our apartment is wonderful. Kerri is the one who helped us find our apartment (she is a leasing agent not the Landlord) we found her to be very professional, helpful, and polite. Everytime we call Sela they always respond in a timely manner. more

Renting never felt so good! 5/12/2011

Sela has given me the best experience a renter could hope for! They seem to understand that even though I don't own this apartment, it is my home and I would like it feel that way. The cleaning crew is reliable and friendly at my building. When I had problems with my drafty windows in the winter they came that afternoon to fix the problem. They're great! more

I started renting with Sela a year and a half ago, and couldn't be happier. I've lived all over the United States and I have to say this is my favorite apartment, and favorite landlord as well. When had problems with my fridge, it was replaced within the day, the same with my stove. If anything needs to be taken care of, it's always done in a very timely manner. The staff are very friendly and kind hearted and will do what they can to help out and be understanding, especially Ed, Joy and Amy Gonyea. I will definitely be living here until I can buy a house! more
