Hi, My name is George Chua i definitely enjoy living here in cedar ridge property. I've lived mostly in all of their property What i love at their properties they have big spacious space very nice and roomy and Feel very secured.Amy Gonyea is AWESOME very helpful and down to earth.same as the Management staff are very good,smart and friendly, and also the Maintenance staff they maintained the grounds really good same as the tenants if there is something wrong at your apartment, the maintenance staff there for u 24/7. I've been here for sela for so many years and have no plans of moving. ILOVE IT HERE... more

I started renting with Sela a year and a half ago, and couldn't be happier. I've lived all over the United States and I have to say this is my favorite apartment, and favorite landlord as well. When had problems with my fridge, it was replaced within the day, the same with my stove. If anything needs to be taken care of, it's always done in a very timely manner. The staff are very friendly and kind hearted and will do what they can to help out and be understanding, especially Ed, Joy and Amy Gonyea. I will definitely be living here until I can buy a house! more

I've been living at a Sela Investments apartment for two years now. When I first saw the place I couldn't believe how clean and beautiful the apartment was. There were a few problems with the windows and stove, but they were fixed before we moved in. I had some personal troubles and Amy Gonyea, the landlord, was very sweet and understanding about my situation, and since then has been nothing but kind, and a really big help when needed. The staff at Sela are always punctual in fixing anything and giving a call back. If there are ANY problems whatsoever, the concerns are not ignored and are promptly taken care of. You couldn't ask for a better landlord, or company to rent from!! more

Hi My name is Sheilla Chua I lived for Sela for almost 9 years i moved to one of their property since when i was 19 im was jobless back then and just had my first baby she offered me a job to work for her and at the same I've got my first apartment because of her Amy help me a lot and same as my family she really negotiate with the prices and easy to talk to. I loved living to their property because i like how the property looks like very big spaces and and very good environment I've never had any problem living on to their property because if you need help or problem on your apartment the maintenance is always there 24/7 all i can say living on this property is like no place like home. more

Sela has given me the best experience a renter could hope for! They seem to understand that even though I don't own this apartment, it is my home and I would like it feel that way. The cleaning crew is reliable and friendly at my building. When I had problems with my drafty windows in the winter they came that afternoon to fix the problem. They're great! more
