Clean and safe 3/17/2011

Sela investments are indeed a clean, safe, and business oriented environment, that is a beautiful and comfortable living for anyone.Sela employees are honest spontaneous and hard workers that strive to fix any and every problem there tenants have. Sela is negoticble and understanding when it comes to renting. I definetly would refer anyone to Sela Investments due to their true caring and friendly nature.Sela has outstanding appearance and amazing cleaniness in the units I've lived.Sela Investments has the most sweetest and caring General Manager (Amy Gonyea)whom is a well rounded and very patient individual.''Thanks Sela''!!!!... more

Helpful Staff and Great Maintenance 3/13/2011

I had a really good experience renting with Sela. The staff was always very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy tenant. The one thing that sets them apart from other landlords is their maintenance. They respond right away and the repair was always done well. Before I moved in and viewed the unit there were cupboard doors that weren't flush with the cupboard, broken closet door, some chips in the paint, small stuff likely caused by existing tenant, etc.. and then when I moved in, it looked brand spanking new.. it was awesome. more
