I'm new to the Minneapolis renting scene and I feel so lucky to have had Sela as my first apartment rental experience. I've never had a problem getting a phone call returned regarding any issue - large or small. Once, I locked myself out of my apartment, and there was a 24hr number I called for help. Sela has been helpful for a new to Minneapolis renter like myself.
