Chef John Howie does an excellent job of offering the best catch of the day. He changes his menu according to what is fresh and available, always keeping you on your toes. The menu shifts from a Japenese style ""raw bar"", to Southwestern Ancho Chili Salmon and Prawn to an Italian twist of Parmesan Reggiano crusted halibut. There is something for everyone. This restaurant is what Bellevue, and for that matter, the Puget Sound area needed.
