You would never expect it! I went to Seastar expecting to order seafood. The server suggested the Raw Bar Tower, WOW! Fresh ahi poke, as good as I've ever had in Hawaii, tender scallop ceviche with mango salsa, melts in your mouth, and a crab sushi roll. I was so impressed with the first recommendation, that I went for the second recommendation as well. The server said, try the NY steak it's one of the best. He was right again, not only the steak but the sauce and the cheesy-potato cake. Ive never had a better steak. I'm thrilled to have a restaurant of this quality so close to home. I highly recommend it!
