Sears and son has an unprofessional customer service department if any. A week ago I called a few times to set up permanent service to my new home, for two days straight I only got the voice mail. I did leave my name and number every time, and never recieved a return call. It took my girl to make it a half day calling event (constant redailing), to even get a person to set a schedule. Now here it is a week later and I am back at square one, no answering the phones, even though I am now a customer. This event was a learning experience for me about poor service.
