I am new to my new home and was referred to them. However, after numerous phone calls by both myself and my Landlady, we have not received any totes, or had our trash picked up once. I am calling today and refusing service from them due to their inability in being able to follow through with their promises to deliver. I would not recommend them to anyone. I, for one, will buy the Orange bags and take the trash that I have to the local center in Ellettsville.
