I've been a customer with Sears & Sons for over six years. They have taken anything I've left out for the trash and they have been prompt every week. They even once returned for me, after the truck already left my block and I had forgotten to put the trash out. All it took was one phone call. I'm sorry to read the the poor reviews left by other unhappy customers. Maybe Sears & Sons need to revamp their customer service department. All in all, I think Sears & Sons are terrific.
