I own a business my self and I can not believe how horrible there customer service is!!!!!! We moved into our new place about two weeks ago and was told that they are the ones to call and have pick up our trash. Well, I have now made about 9 phone calls and talked to the girl working in the office and have been promised it will be picked up 7 different times and it has not!!!!!!! I am extremely upset with they way they run things and I'm going to be calling a different company to do the pick up.
