Many others have described them perfectly. They will pick up anything. But the customer service is horrible. I rarely get a bill and, frankly, writing a $15 check for my trash is the last thing on my mind. Also, when we set up service about a year and a half ago it took them two weeks (and a lot of phone calls) for them to finally start picking up our trash even when the people across the street use them. So, finally, at 8:30 on a Saturday night they picked up our first load.
