Garage Door Opener 12/3/2017

Sears was prompt, fast and accurate identified my issue ; had 2 wall switches attach to opener causing door not to open. I did not know about the second switch so technician disconnected. Check sensors, replaced the bulb, lube springs and hinges on door. more

SK was the on site tech to replace my garage door opener. He was on time when he had called to give the time of arrival. He was very proficient in his job , he had some suggestions as to prevent future problems. He provided clear instructions regarding programing the opener devices and was neatly dressed and professional. more

Excellent Customer Service 11/2/2017

Called Sears Garage in Glenview on Monday. Michael came out on Tuesday and gave us an estimate. We decided to go with this company on Tuesday afternoon and the Garage door was installed on Thursday afternoon. The job was done in a timely manner and services were delivered exactly as promised. Michael was very nice, professional and did a great job. Would receommend for sure more

The team member did everything promised and within the budget promised. I'd rate him a five star, but have to leave room for improvement ;-). This was EASY. Hire these guys if your doors need a tune up. more

Scheduling appt. & Technician's work 9/11/2017

It was pleasant & easy to schedule the appt., as well as w/their follow-up/confirmation. The technician -Michael- phoned 30 mins. before the scheduled time to say he would arrive at the appointed time, which he did. Then, Michael efficiently proceeded to the task of the Garage Door Tune-Up.He was done within the time that had been estimated over the telephone by Barry. more

Quick Response 8/29/2017

I had an issue with my garage door this morning. I would not go up or down. I called Sears and they had someone out within a couple of hours. He was knowledgeable and was able to determine and repair the problem quickly. He also did a quick safety check and found a couple of other parts that were about to fail. He was able to replace those as well, and save an additional service call. I have used them several times in the past. I highly recommend this company. more
