Review content:
I had an issue with my garage door this morning. I would not go up or down. I called Sears and they had someone out within a couple of hours.
He was knowledgeable and was able to determine and repair the problem quickly.
He also did a quick safety check and found a couple of other parts that were about to fail.
He was able to replace those as well, and save an additional service call.
I have used them several times in the past.
I highly recommend this company.
