Both Patricia, who took my initial call, and Patrick, the service provider, were outstanding. Patricia was able to arrange for Patrick to come to my house within two hours of my call for help. Patrick completed the necessary repair in less than an hour and kept me fully informed about what needed to be done. He was knowledgeable and explained the problem to me fully. Both Patricia and Patrick were courteous and helpful. more

Craftsman garage door opener tuneup and repair - these are the people to call! 10/16/2018

I was pleasantly surprised that Sears still has service available for Craftsman garage door openers. I had been experiencing problems with the sensor on my older unit and that was replaced along with some old weather-stripping at the bottom of my garage door Service was prompt, friendly and efficient I would recommend them and already did to my next door neighbor.. more

Did not expect the garage door to work as smoothly and quietly than it ever did before. very satisfied with the work performed. Great company, but better people 10/2/2018

Thank you doesn't seem like enough. I hit the inside of my garage door leaving my house this morning. I called the repair number at 6:45am and Steve answered. He listened to me and asked if he could call back in 15 minutes when he got to the office. He called back and was waiting in my driveway at 9:30. If he wanted to he could have just told me that I had to replace the door at a cost of $5,000. Instead he used his imagination and knowledge to fix the door and save me thousands of dollars. He work was high quality, he was professional and and understanding. When I replace the door in the future I will call him! Thank you again! more
