Excellent customer service. I received a text from Gary with his picture so I knew who was going to show up at my door. Gary was knowledgeable. Showed up on time. Inspected my garage door and told me what other parts were in need of repair. Service was above and beyond. more

Garage door opener replacement 8/31/2018

The technician Gary Thielen was on time, professional, and extremely helpful with getting everything set up and all remotes coded. Gary was able to solve all issues to my full satisfaction, something that only shows with his level of good experience. He helped with explaining options with this type of opener and took the time to show me how they work. And his was very pleasant person. I would highly recommend Gary and the Sears Team. more

2 guys came out. On time and friendly. Worked their butts off all day with no complaints. Even washed all the doors when they were done and asked if there was anything else I needed. more

Steve was a great guy who knew what he was doing. Very polite and did a good job, cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend. I needed my existing opener check, because it died to see if it could be fixed and if not, then I had a new one to get installed. Unfortunately since my garage opener was from the 70's there were no circuit boards to replace it with. My new one installed in a jiffy. more

Reviewing Garage Door/opener installation 7/28/2018

We decided to go with Sears because of the quality of the original product -- a Sears opener that was installed 40 years ago and still operating efficiently until just recently. We were not disappointed with the current service -- excellent product, friendly and efficient service, and good pricing. Especially impressed with initial contact with the company. A representative showed up, evaluated our needs, and provided us with an on-the-spot no-obligation bid on the product. All, at no cost to us. Impressive. Five stars! more

Now that I have ordered and paid for the garage door and mechanical parts replacements, I am very happy with your services. Alex spent lots of time with me, as he observed, measured and thought about all the moving parts that support the door, springs, and pulleys, and explained things to me I hadn't yet considered. I am now praying that the installation of it all will have no problems or anything that we would need to reconsider. Be aware that the ceiling is NOT square to the floor, and therefore the door is slanted as you open it. Make certain the new door clears the ceiling before you remove the old door. more

Steve K quickly diagnosed and repaired our garage door opener -- which had been having intermittent problems, so that's always more difficult to figure out. He was knowledgeable and communicated clearly -- would definitely call them again. more
