Gray explained everything and left me all the information on the garage doors.He said he would sent me an e-mail for my records,, because right now the price just would't fit in my budget, he said I could call back anytime. He was very polite, and understood my situation, I thought there would be a payment plan, i'm an eighty year widow on social security, which doesn't go far, he understood that. Did a great install, but... 5/26/2018

I would have given him 5 stars for the installation, but I only gave 4 because he took all my old parts, which were still working. The keypad he took without asking could have still been used for my other garage door. more

This tech came to my house during a huge rain storm and replaced the logic board as a professional . He was quick and precise..Door works now as It should, no more door coming down or opening on it's own. more

Very happy with Sears Garage Solutions 5/8/2018

Very porfessional and efficient. Had Garage Solutions out to replace the door openers and the installer found i needed additional work. He was able to complete the entire job the same day at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this company. more

Prompt and quick 5/3/2018

Sears has great confirmation process and notifications of what technician will arrive and when. In addition to sears text notification, Steve called me when he was 10-15 minutes away. He was knowledgeable and quick with removal and install of new garage door motor. Great service, great technician! more
