Best service ever. Competent mechanics and professional workers in front area

They are always way overbook and when you have an appointment the wait time is way too long. I often get two different personalities from the service writers from extremely help...

I learned about Scott's from our neighbors. Most everyone seemed to have their work done there. Since it's a mile from our house, I decided to try them when I first moved to the area. I haven't gone anywhere else since. more

Honest and professional 3/20/2014

We typically bring both of our cars into Scotts. The guys are very professional and always try to help in the best way. Prices sometimes a bit high (labor) but well worth the service. more

Scott's Auto does everything well from oil changes to major car repairs. Priced right and reliable we take all 3 of our cars here. They stand by their work and have always been satisfied. Definitely recommend to others! more

Front desk service! 3/15/2014

Accurate diagnosis of the problem. Repairs completed in a timely manner. My only tiny complaint is that I'm always told I will get a call when the car is ready and that doesn't seem to happen. I frequently wait and wait then finally call and learn that the car has been ready. more

Honest Assessment 3/13/2014

Took my 18 yr old daughters car in for 90,000 mile service and ended up with a bill 1/2 of what I thought it would be. They didn't do work that was not needed when most places would have (including dealership). more

Attentiveness 3/12/2014

Your agent, Bob, was very attentive when hearing my issue and addressing it. He called to let me know what is recommended and the price. Then he gave a tentative time when the car would be ready. I needed the car ASAP and was pleased with their attempt to complete it as promptly as possible. It came out spick-and -clean when done. more
