Best service ever. Competent mechanics and professional workers in front area

They are always way overbook and when you have an appointment the wait time is way too long. I often get two different personalities from the service writers from extremely help...

Consistenly excellent 5/15/2014

I started using Scott's Auto Center three years ago for both of our cars and not once have they ever done anything but excellent work. I've even asked them to do work that I thought needed to be done, but they said it didn't; other places might have gone ahead and charged me for something I didn't need. As long as I live in the Cumming area, I'm going to Scott's. more

I trust the work that is done. Business has made situation "right" when there was a problem. It is close to my home. Appointments are adhered to and there is minimal waiting. more

Efficient Oil Change 5/10/2014

I really like that I can schedule a time for an oil change. My scheduled time was for 4:00 PM, my car was pulled into your service bay immediately after I arrived, and I was on my way home within 15-20 minutes. Further, Bob is a huge asset for your company. He spoke to me by name as soon as I was in the door. more

Customer satisfaction. 5/3/2014

Their honesty and credibility over the service department at a dealership was impressive! A dealership diagnosed my car problem incorrectly and was way overpriced. Scott's repaired my vehicle quickly at a very reasonable cost. I'm so glad I found Scott's Auto Center! more

Awesome customer service from Gina at the front desk 5/3/2014

This was my first time here as folks from work and Kaufman tire recommended Scott's as they couldn't perform the repair needed. They made the repair promptly, the price was very fair (as I researched what it SHOULD be) Gina at the front desk called me promptly to tell me what they found and the costs. She welt out of her way to accommodate me. They applied a $25 on line coupon and made it a great experience instead of the usual "negative" one most associate w car or truck repair. They washed my car too and I was truly impressed w the entire experience. more

Know their stuff and diagnose the issue quickly. 5/2/2014

Dan,Bob and Ben listened to my description of the issue, clicking from the rear when brakes were applied. Took my vehicle for a test drive and diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes. Repair done, noise gone and another happy motorist leaving Scott's Auto Repair. I'll be back. Gil more

Always great service 4/25/2014

Had to get my relay switch on my A/C unit replaced in my Honda Odyssey. Not only was Scott's $100 cheaper than the Honda Dealership, they were also quicker than Honda estimated! Another great experience from Scott's. And another perk....they drove me home in my car since I had my 2 yr old with me in his car seat. They just took my van back to the shop! Thanks Scott's! more
