Best service ever. Competent mechanics and professional workers in front area

Worst

They are always way overbook and when you have an appointment the wait time is way too long. I often get two different personalities from the service writers from extremely help...

Scott's has Ben servicing my vehicles for over 10 years. The facilities have expanded from the old building down the street to to the current lcation, but the business model has stayed the same: provide the best service, in an honest, friendly, environment. I typically deal with Bob, who has always been the consummate professional. more

Going to the"Mechanic" is like a visit to the dentist but going to Scott's is more like visiting friends. Especially Bob, who always makes you feel he is on your side. more

Car Detail 7/16/2014

Scott did a great job of detailing my car. The eight year old car feels like a new car! Touched up blemishes with paint and got rid of the yellow headlamps. The inside looks great as well. Think I'll keep it for a while long now. Thanks!!! more

Fast and Easy! 7/7/2014

I went to Scott's to get the oil changed and a tail light replaced. I sat down and settled in for what I was assuming to be a long wait...got myself logged into my laptop and started working, and before I could fire off my 3 emails, they were calling my name and telling me that the car was ready to go! All in all, about 35 minutes from the time I walked in the door. Amazing, friendly, FAST service. You can't beat it! more
