I'd like to compliment Jimi on a number of things. First, the most important. Super courteous; very conscious of his initial protection against causing a mess and final cleanup; inspires confidence that you have an experienced plumber working on your house. Secondary attributes that contribute to the pleasing experience of having him do the repairs are a good sense of humor and awareness of pets that are looking for an opportunity to escape the house for an unplanned outing. Jimi was assisted by Dianna on his return visit. She also was friendly and careful in her work. Finally, The company was terrific about scheduling work as quickly as possible, and then stuck exactly to the promise of arrival times. I will certainly call them again should a need arise, and highly recommend them. more

Professional Matt from this company did a thorough job inspecting my concerns about a leak from our master bathroom shower. He asked lots of questions to fully assess the history of our plumbing, used his experience to come up with the most likely cause, and managed to identify the problem without causing any destruction. What appeared to be a big problem turned out to be a very minor one. He wasn't there to "upsell" and I would use him and Scott English Plumbing again, without hesitation. And he was polite! more

He explained the problem to me and he provided me with long term maintenance tips. He was courteous and respectful. I now consider Scott English my "go to" for all plumbing problems. more

William came to my house at least 5 years ago to perform plumbing work. I was really impressed. I saved the work order bearing his name and when another plumbing issue arose, I scheduled a plumbing appointment and specifically asked for William C. William C. said he was so impressed with my asking for him to do the work, he honored the estimate he gave me 5 years ago. I was stoked. William does excellent work: he doesn’t walk on water…he only sinks down to his ankles. I’ll ask for him again next time I have need for a plumber. more

I had never used S.E. Plumbing before, when I had a plumbing leak emergency. Kevin J. came two hours before they said he could be there, which was greatly appreciated! (The first plumber I called said no one could be at my house until the end of the day!) He was able to quickly assess the situation, and gave me one price to fix the immediate leak, and a second almost $500 repair for a frozen/faulty valve. I gave him the OK to do both of the repairs. He went to work outside, and after about an hour, he knocked on my door. He said that he had fixed the leak, and regarding the frozen/faulty valve, he was able to get it open and functioning properly again, so he didn't need to charge me the ~$500 to replace the valve. I was thrilled, but what really struck me was his honesty!!! He was working outside, and had already gotten my OK to replace it, so he could have just gone ahead and replaced it without my knowing that the current valve was salvageable. That says a lot! I have already told my story to family members, and I know that S. E. Plumbing, and specifically Kevin J. will be getting more business referred their way by me!! more

We called Scott English Plumbing this morning and they were able to send out Kevin J by 1:30 this afternoon. We were very pleased with the work that Kevin gave us. Very professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. more

Plumber Jimi came to my home and quickly located the slab leak. He was able to cap the leak while being very clean and efficient. Several days later Plumbers Jimi & Diana both responded back to my home and installed the new pipe. Again, both plumbers were efficient and very clean. When they left there was no trace of them being at my home, other than the repairs that need to be completed by another company. more

Technician was on time and arrived with a smile. Diagnosed my problem rapidly and had it fixed within an hour, while cost was reasonable and not changed from the original estimate. Will definitely call again. more
