Faulty sprinkler valve 9/19/2017

I was impressed with the whole experience for the most part. Just wondering about one thing. After the diagnosis was made on the plumbing problem and no work was done to correct it, I specifically asked how much and the technician quoted me a price of $69. I proceeded to make out a check for that amount and then by the time I returned to pay him he said that the price was $149. I did make out another check for that amount. I would like to know why the price more than doubled In the few minutes that it took for me to write the first check. more

Professional, patient and perfect 9/9/2017

Josh and Eddie were authorized by the HOA to repair a water main leak. Thankfully these things don't happen frequently but my experience with Josh and Eddie could not have made us feel more at ease. Everything was explained in detail and as I'm usually the customer with quite a few questions, all the answers were provided in the calmest manner and I felt that if I had more questions, Josh would have been happy to spend the time to address them all without feeling rushed. When he needed to come into the condo, he was courteous to ensure boots were covered and no trace of dirt came into the condo. Cleanup after the work was done was also included and they left the site without any sign there was a major excavation/repair done. On the back of that experience, we continued with another recommended job to replace the water main valve on the balcony including replacing the water pressure regulator. Again, the service was done in no rush and it appeared no corners were cut and done right from beginning to end. If only all plumbers were as professional, patient, thorough and an all around nice guy. Rick more

Great Service 9/7/2017

Thank you for great emergency response service. Kevin was at our home till 10 pm and fixed our plumbing problem and did a great clean up job. Without him we would have been flooded. Thank you so much. more

Josh Moreno, Jose, and Kelly B are excellent! 8/29/2017

Had a leak in my bathroom and once my landlord made the phone call the Scott English team was quick and very courteous. After receiving the phone call from Kelly B letting me know that they were on the way I was happy that they came when she said they would. When Josh and Jose arrived they were professional, courteous, and made an effort to make sure nothing was going to be soiled in my home. After diagnosing the problem quickly they let me know what they would be doing and got straight to work. They carefully covered parts of my bathroom that were underneath the area of ceiling that was being removed and left the bathroom neat and tidy after finishing their work. Scott English Plumbing is lucky to have these people on their team! more

Josh Moreno and his Assistant Jose were awesome! Kelly B from dispatch was great as well! 8/28/2017

I returned home from two weeks away and had a leak in the ceiling in my bathroom. After my landlord contacted Scott English Plumbing Josh Moreno and his assistant Jose arrived promptly after I received a call from Kelly letting me know they were on their way. From the moment I opened the door they were courteous, professional, and took steps to make sure nothing was soiled in my home. After quickly diagnosing the issue they explained the next steps and got to work. I am extremely happy with this experience as after cutting a portion of the ceiling out they cleaned up the mess and left the bathroom as clean as it was when they got here. Both of these gentlemen represent your company well and you should be happy to have them on your team. Thanks again to Josh, Jose, and Scott English plumbing! more

Excellent, Prompt Service 8/12/2017

We had a sewer backup that required immediate attention. Jimi arrived, assessed the problem, attempted one fix, which was not the source of the problem, and continued to search for the problem until he discovered it and repaired the issue. I highly recommend this gentleman!!! more

Kitchen leak. 8/2/2017

I called Scott English Plumbing after finding them via Google. What a pleasant surprise. The plumber who came, Kevin Jackson, was polite, knowledgable and took care of our problem in short order. The price was very reasonable and It was an overall excellent experience. If all your employees are as good as Kevin then you are a 5 star company. Thanks Kevin. more

Plumbing leak service call 7/7/2017

Satisfied with the work the Scott English service tech performed in locating the source of a water leak in my townhouse. Technician was professional and courteous while performing the repair. My only recommendation which would apply to any plumbing company providing emergency service is to continually strive to reduce the response time. My wait time before the technician arrived after requesting service was approximately 2.5 hrs. more

Best Plumbing Company 7/7/2017

This is the second time we have called Scott English Plumbing, and again, we were extremely impressed with the service, interest in our problems, and getting the job done. In our second case, the problem was easily resolved by having Kevin having us run water throughout the house plumbing, which one bathroom we had not been using for almost a year. We were not charged for this service call, which impressed us immensely, and we will recommend them highly on our NextDoor Neighborhood email as just the Best! Thank you again for your honesty, and good work as in our first encounter, when we required quite a bit of work well done in an emergency situation on a Saturday night. more
