Josh M., Plumbing technician offers impeccable service. 7/5/2017

I had 3 plumbing incidents last year & I feel fortunate Josh took care of my June project this year. Josh was efficient & knowledgeable with the inspection & solutions in addition to having a healthy dose of compassionate professionalism. He was accommodating in meeting the challenging schedules between me & my upstairs neighbor. When I felt overwhelmed with the water damage again after just a year, Josh reassured me by taking the proper procedures step-by-step, things would work out fine unlike the 2 months' ordeal I went through last year. Very professional 6/14/2017

After detecting a gas leak and having the Gas Co. turn off our gas, Scott English plumbing was called in by our HOA. Kelly was very prompt in calling us, and Josh M. showed up at the appointed time. Josh was polite, efficient, very knowledgable, and, in short, very professional. He did the job, and kept us informed as to what was happening. Finally the work was approved by the Gas Co., and the gas turned back on. Overall, everything went as smoothly as could be expected. more

I like the service the company gave us prior to Kevin arriving. They gave us a 3 hour window and called 1/2 hour before to let us know he was on the way. Kevin was so nice and explained everything he was going to do that day. We had to fix our toilet and change our kitchen faucet and he fixed it fast. I would definitely use him and the company again. Thank you ! more

Did a great Job for me 6/5/2017

Josh Moreno with Scott English Plumbing did a great job for me. He replaced the shower valve in my upstairs bathroom without issue. Works great at a reasonable price. I will keep him on tabs for future projects. Thanks again Josh. more

Scott English Plumbing is simply the best there is. They are always on time and their pricing is very fair. But what is most important is they will not only find and permanently fix the problem you called them for, while they are there they can spot other future problems that could occur, and repair them so you wont be calling them for that problem. They are the best: reliable, dependable, honest, and very knowledgeable. Call them and you will never regret it. more

Travis Flanders is the best! He not only went through my whole house to confirm the problem didn't stem from inside, he came back and told me when and where exactly the problem came from within my condo building. That's true commitment to a job well done! Thank you. more

Very pleased with the professionalism of this individual. He was very personable & knowledgeable of the situation. His evaluation of the situation was accurate. I appreciated his suggestion to PCM for a remedy to the problem. They agreed & allowed him & your company to perform the necessary work to help with this ongoing problem. He also did a follow-up with me when he had completed the work PCM had approved. Great employee & an asset to your company. more

Master bath cartridge replace 5/8/2017

Jimi from Scott English Plumbing was called out to address a problem we where having. When we turned off the shower we could still hear what sounded like water running. He diagnosed our issue and found it was our cartridge that needed to be fixed. I was happy it was only that and nothing else. He fixed it for us for only $200 when it was going to cost $245. He was very nice a professional and we would recommend him to our friends and family. Thanks again Jimi for your help we really appreciate it. more

Jimi the Plumber was efficient, capable and pleasant 4/11/2017

Jimi came to our home on March 29 to investigate a "water intrusion" problem. He was pleasant, efficient, experienced. He found the problem quickly and fixed it. He went above and beyond by teaching us how to do a 30 second drain of hot water heater occasionally to help it last longer. I can recommend Scot English Plumbing to you without any reservations. more
