Professional Matt from this company did a thorough job inspecting my concerns about a leak from our master bathroom shower. He asked lots of questions to fully assess the history of our plumbing, used his experience to come up with the most likely cause, and managed to identify the problem without causing any destruction. What appeared to be a big problem turned out to be a very minor one. He wasn't there to "upsell" and I would use him and Scott English Plumbing again, without hesitation. And he was polite!
