I have been going to Scott Clark Toyota for about 7 years, but stopped going for about 2 years after moving. I decided to go back after receiving a coupon in the mail for oil chan...

Worst

This place is terrible. I do not recommend them at all. They have tried to screw me when I went it to buy a new car. Shady SHADY SHADY People.

From the initial visit till leaving the lot in my vehicle I was extremely pleased. At no point did I ever feel "pressure tactics" from anyone. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. I feel like I received a very fair trade for my vehicle as well as a good price for the vehicle I purchased. I received great care from the Sales manager Phillip Stroup, to my salesman Jose, as well as Michelle who handled my finance. This was my second vehicle I purchased from Scott Clark Toyota, and both have been very pleasant and rewarding - the way all car buying should be. more

not high pressure 7/27/2010

If you go to this dealer, see Travis W. He was not high pressure and took his time getting to know what we were looking for. We test drove a number of cars before finding one that we loved. I appreciated the time he took and the patience while we changed our mind after seeing the different models. It was great not getting pressured and we truely are enjoying our camry. more

fabulous 7/19/2010

I went to Scott Clark driving an 07 Yaris with 60k miles, interested in trading for a new one. I was assisted by Jose Hernandez who eventually sold me a 2010 Toyota Corolla S. He was awesome. He was extremely courteous, patient, asked patient questions and let me do the talking. I really wasn't going to purchase that day but the deal they made and the service I received were fabulous. more

good experience 7/12/2010

I have never financed a car and so I did extensive research and spent several days visiting car dealerships. I went back to Scott's three times! (Third time's a charm!) It was a good experience and I loved how I was not pressured and the follow-thru was amazing! I feel good about this purchase not only becouse of the car (which I LOVE!!)but because Frank was AWESOME, informative and not overbearing. I would certainly purchase another vehical from them in the future and recommend them to a friend! more

go way beyond the reasonable customer service 7/9/2010

purchased from Scott Clark and, due to my sons' needs, we had to trade-in a couple of them. I must say that the service is just excellent and they do go way beyond the reasonable customer service you'd expect from other dealerships. They not only actually care about meeting the customer's financial needs, they make sure the customer walks out extremely satisfied with the purchase. Only once, I went to another Toyota dealership because Scott Clark did not have the vehicle I needed and wanted in stock (they had sold out)! I have only one wish to be met by Toyotas Manufacturers and that is that they decide to build a vehicle with the motor (27 MPG), interior and family convenience of a Highlander but with the exterior square shape of the FJ Cruiser! GMC just came out with the Terrain model which does 32 MPG....I wish it could be a TOYOTA! more

I expect great customer service 7/6/2010

I have been a customer of Toyota for the last 20 years. I expect great customer service. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Scott Clark Toyota Scion. Both of my experiences have been great. I would like to thank Curtis Lanier for his professionalism, and great customer service during my last purchase. I am very aware of the issues that Toyota has had within the last 3 years. But, I can honestly say, I have not experienced any problems with my vehicles. In closing, I would like to thank everyone at Scott Clark Toyota Scion for a job well done. more
