We recently had to have our '13 Pilot serviced for an oil-change, check the brakes and whatnot. Well, within a few weeks we noticed the brakes were doing the same thing and noticed a new noise. I took it back in and Steve Beck took care of us! They ended up correcting the brake issue and identified the noise as some bad bushings (that were covered under a recall that we weren't aware of). We left as happy customers and everything taken care of! We'll definitely continue to use them for our Honda service and call on Steve Beck for continued great service! more

All service on my Pilot have been done by Scott Clark Honda . I've experienced service from various specialists who have always been courteous and customer focused. However I've always been lucky to get the best technician to actually work on my vehicle. It's Eric and he's wonderful. I think he knows my vehicle better than I do. We took our 2002 Honda Odyssey in on its last legs. We both thought it was either dead or going to cost more than it was worth to repair. Louis was our service advisor. We dropped our car off and briefly looked at the new Odysseys. Before we left the dealership, Louis called us and told us we had a broken fuel regulator and it would cost $600.00. He also suggested we replace our coolant at the same time. That was about $100. He explained the situation to us completely, allowed us to ask questions and never pressured us to do the repairs. Honda repaired our car quickly. We brought it in about 3:30 pm and it was ready by 5:30 pm. That's great service at a great price with good folks working to get things done right. We've been going to this Honda service center for over 9 years and will continue to take our vehicle there. more

Don't waste your time like I did with other Honda dealers in the Charlotte Metro area. Starting with my initial conversations with J.B Beckley (General Manager) to Shane Watson (Internet Sales Manager who took care of the transaction and sale) to Tony in their Finance Department and most recently with their service department Mayank Shukla and Jimmy Bass (Service Manager) I was treated like I was the only customer they had. VERY IMPRESSIVE. Mayank Shukla took great care in making sure I was informed of everything they were and would be doing and made certain I was pleased with the service they provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for a great deal and excellent customer service. more

My experience buying a car from Scott Clark Honda over the internet was excellent. From the first phone call with Dave Shuman, I knew I was dealing with a professional salesman who had my best interest in mind. I was going to buy a Honda 2015 Pilot within 5 days and I seriously shopped from D.C. to Florida. Dave called, texted, emailed, and videoed the car information to me to give me the best, accurate facts to help me make a decision. I had narrowed it down to 2 cars. I also needed to cooridinate my husband to fly in from Florida to pick up the car. He arranged airport pickup for Mark. He gave me a competive price and his communication and internet skills made it easy for me to buy a car I never saw or drove. Many other dealers were inaccurate, slow to get back to me and had poor phone skills. Service is one of my most important criterias in buying anything. Dave Shuman has the whole package as a great Honda Salesman. I have already recommended him to my family and friends. I stopped in at Scott Clark Honda on a Sunday afternoon. I met William Villamil when I walked in the door and told him I was there to see some used cars I saw online. William was more than happy to show them to me. It was the first car I ever bought by myself. He made me feels so comfortable and I had no problems driving different cars and taking my time. I love my new Lexus. I cannot tell you how happy I am. I will be going to William or anything that I need in the future. It was a great experience thank you Scott Clark Honda.... more

Louis was extremely polite, professional and helpful during my visit and took the time to answer all my questions. He explained all available options for service and the costs associated with each.
