Had my first service appointment for Cindy's Honda Odessey van at Scott Clark Honda on Friday. My Service Adviser was Louis James. Louis was extremely polite, professional and helpful during my visit and took the time to answer all my questions. He explained all available options for service and the costs associated with each. By giving me solid information, Louis made it easy for me to make an informed and cost-effective decision about what services I wanted done. I left Scott Clark Honda feeling very comfortable with our new service provider, and look forward to my future visits there for service. I would highly recommend Louis James and Scott Clark Honda for all your Honda service needs!\r
