Don't waste your time like I did with other Honda dealers in the Charlotte Metro area. Starting with my initial conversations with J.B Beckley (General Manager) to Shane Watson (Internet Sales Manager who took care of the transaction and sale) to Tony in their Finance Department and most recently with their service department Mayank Shukla and Jimmy Bass (Service Manager) I was treated like I was the only customer they had. VERY IMPRESSIVE. Mayank Shukla took great care in making sure I was informed of everything they were and would be doing and made certain I was pleased with the service they provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for a great deal and excellent customer service.
