Review content:
We took our 2002 Honda Odyssey in on its last legs. We both thought it was either dead or going to cost more than it was worth to repair. Louis was our service advisor. We dropped our car off and briefly looked at the new Odysseys. Before we left the dealership, Louis called us and told us we had a broken fuel regulator and it would cost $600.00. He also suggested we replace our coolant at the same time. That was about $100. He explained the situation to us completely, allowed us to ask questions and never pressured us to do the repairs. Honda repaired our car quickly. We brought it in about 3:30 pm and it was ready by 5:30 pm. That's great service at a great price with good folks working to get things done right. We've been going to this Honda service center for over 9 years and will continue to take our vehicle there.
