Review content:
One of the best things that you have done in your Service Area is to add a female service advisor. Shavaun is terrific (so is Cesar) and she can explain what truly needs to be done on my car in plain English. She is also very focused on you when she is discussing what needs to be done and makes sure that she understands what I describe is wrong when I bring the car in for service.
Cesar is also terrific. In the past I have dealt with other service advisors who don't seem to have the same level of customer service skills as Shavaun and Cesar. Please make sure that you keep them on your staff. They are invaluable assets to your dealership - especially in the service area.
