I have always been treated respectfully and professionally and all are sensitive to estimated time frames and the work that is needed to be done. Greatest Overall Experience 8/26/2010

Everyone from the sales department to the service advisers have been very helpful. I recently purchased my second pre-owned VW from Schmelz Countryside, and will only purchase from this dealership. They are honest, and treat you with the respect that you expect from a professional. I have delt with many dealerships, and this one, by far, is the greatest in customer satisfaction.? more

Excellent Service at Schmelz! 8/20/2010

I live in Minneapolis which is closer to several other VW service spots, but I specifically choose to drive out to White Bear Lake because of the excellent service at Schmelz Countryside VW. I purchased my Beetle there, and everyone in Service has always been awesome. Thanks!? more

Jon was a lifesaver 8/12/2010

I was visiting the Twin Cities area from Boise, Idaho when my car began to have serious trouble. I have had trouble with my car and the dealership in Boise for years. Jon was an amazing help to me and a wonderful representative for your company. He restored my faith in the Volkswagen name. Jon's kindness and willingness to bend over backward for me will not soon be forgotten. I believe that Jon should be commended not only by me, but by Volkswagen in general. He represented Volkswagen in the most professional, caring way possible and I would now consider purchasing a Volkswagen again. I'm very satisfied with the service and the car. I love the fact that I can drive nearly 600 miles between fueling stops, and of course the 45 miles per gallon. more

My relationship with Schmelz VW has been exceptional. I have owned a Toureag and currently an Eos which I have purchased new from the dealership. I am completely happy with the vehicles as well as the outstanding attention to service they have displayed. 1,000 percent satisfied 7/29/2010

Jon provided the greatest help and service ever on getting my car fixed and communicating with my insurance company, sending the adjuster updated e-mails with pictures as the car was worked on to verify needs for parts repairs and replacements. I am wowed by the service at Schmelz and 1,000 percent satisfied. more
