I was visiting the Twin Cities area from Boise, Idaho when my car began to have serious trouble. I have had trouble with my car and the dealership in Boise for years. Jon was an amazing help to me and a wonderful representative for your company. He restored my faith in the Volkswagen name. Jon's kindness and willingness to bend over backward for me will not soon be forgotten. I believe that Jon should be commended not only by me, but by Volkswagen in general. He represented Volkswagen in the most professional, caring way possible and I would now consider purchasing a Volkswagen again. Jon is a valuable employee who should be commended for his efforts, abilities and the genuine kindness he shows his customers. Thank You - Carol
