I think Sven Larsen is a real assset to Santa Monica BMW. I also think that Jason Schimmel has a bright future with the dealership. He treats his customer with respect and is very professional in his dealings with customer. I was very impressed by the professionalism and behavior of both the CPO manager Sven Larsen and my sales person Jason Schimmel. Both of these gentlemen were very straighforward and decent. There was no excessive haggling and they went out of their ways to make the whole buying experience as smooth as possible.
