I always enjoy the salon experience at Sagittarius. Megan is a great stylist, very professional and she always makes my hair beautiful! Please don't ever stop giving the mini massages while waiting and the hand treatments. It really sets the spa in a class by itself ! more

I have been a spa client for more than 5 years. I usually have a massage and facial every 3 months, due to pregnancy I have not had a treatment for 9 months. I was very happy when my husband treated me to a suprise appointment for a massage. The spa treatment was wonderful but I was VERY unhappy with the front desk. I arrived 20 min before my appointment as instructed, I checked in with the front desk and was told to wait. I waited out front for 20 + min, after waiting for the girls at the front desk to finish their conversation of their weekend plans I checked in again. The girl just looked at me and said oh yeah one min. Then when I was checking out I asked a different girl if my discount had been applied (there was a spa special with email print out) and she gazed at me and said shortly - yes, when I handed her the email she read it and just threw it in the trash. So disapointed with how I was treated I do not plan on returning, and will no longer recomend. more

I really liked my hair cut, and mass... Everyone was very nice and helpful. I have given out many bussiness cards, and told many others abt. how great the people are at Sagittarius. The experience was awesome!! thank you, Toni Palmer more

Brandon is my stylist and I have always felt completely assured I am receiving the best color and cut available. Plus I have strangers always complimenting me on my hair! I am so proud that Sagittarius does so many charity events to aid the community that they are in. Hello, When I first visited your establishment, many years ago, things were much different. I was treated very differently. Aside a normal hair, which I always received, have seemed to vanish. Mostly the little things. Nothing major. Just the little things, which, as we know, mean the most. I adore the person who cuts my hair. But I have noticed over the years, as she has progressed, in her levels of training, the little things she once did, many years ago, are no longer done. As well has the hair wash station. Even there, things have changed. Once again, just the little things. All of which have resulted in 20 to 25+% tips to just 15% or less. As well, has my infrequent visits. I could go to a Hair cuttery, and get my hair done for over half the cost. However, I like the little things I once received. Now, I no longer received them. At the wash station I used to get a very nice scented scalp massage as well has my hands. Now, I am lucky to get two minutes of a scalp massage. Very disappointing. My hair cut, I used to get my eye brows and ears trimmed. The last several visits, none of those little things were done. Yet I pay $10.00 more and receive less. Well, that is my two cents. My visits are consistently great from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and my stylist always offers a refreshment prior to the service. I'm infamous for salon hopping, but I've finally found a salon that I can stick with b/c of the service and staff. I only come in for a layered trim every 2 months, but it's done right every time. Jill is my regular stylist but Jess is great too! Thank you guys for not sending me out the door looking "a hot mess"! more
