I have been a spa client for more than 5 years. I usually have a massage and facial every 3 months, due to pregnancy I have not had a treatment for 9 months. I was very happy when my husband treated me to a suprise appointment for a massage. The spa treatment was wonderful but I was VERY unhappy with the front desk. I arrived 20 min before my appointment as instructed, I checked in with the front desk and was told to wait. I waited out front for 20 + min, after waiting for the girls at the front desk to finish their conversation of their weekend plans I checked in again. The girl just looked at me and said oh yeah one min. Then when I was checking out I asked a different girl if my discount had been applied (there was a spa special with email print out) and she gazed at me and said shortly - yes, when I handed her the email she read it and just threw it in the trash. So disapointed with how I was treated I do not plan on returning, and will no longer recomend.
