I had been meaning to schedule a massage for quite some time but just never made the time to do it. My wife went ahead and made an appointment for me; good wife! Jessica did a great job, I even felt loose and relaxed for a few days after. I will be back to see her soon. more

My day at Sagittarius is always an expierience I look forward to. I enjoy the pampering when I get color and a style. The girls are always kind and helpful. I am always asked if I would like something to drink or if there is anything else they could do for me. Then my stylist, Jenn, works her miracle and make me look fabulous when I leave the salon. I just visited the salon...Loree and Leigh took great care of me--as always! Then I jetted off to my home in Fort Lauderdale. I'm shopping in Neiman Marcus here and a man comes up to me and says "I normally don't ask this and especially to men, but your hair looks great! Where do you get it cut"? I explained I'm from Maryland and that the shop was in Hagerstown. He said "how much do you pay for a cut like that" I told him he wouldn't believe me if I told him...$40.00 for a man's cut! He said WOW! That is crazy..it looks like $150.00 cut! You look like a movie star. Honest to God this happened just as I said! more

I was told by Brandon that each stylist chose 10 elite members. He told me about the Keratin special in May.While getting my hair done he brought it up again. When I got my bill the charge was $125.00 so I said to one of the receptionist (not the one that originally took my money b/c she was busy) that maybe I should have said something but I thought the amount was wrong. Well hells bells boy I should be dead from the look I got. Then she said you have to pay for that and I said what Brandon had told me & she said well you can ask Brandon. Brandon ask if I got a card in the mail and I said I did not remember one so he said just have them take the haircut off and he would straightened things out but I said I didn't want the girls to have to redo the bill so he said I'll just credit you for next time. I stopped back to tell the receptionist that there had been a misunderstanding & got another one of those looks. I can see if I had been rude when I questioned this but I was not and I am sure Brandon can attest to the fact that I am not a rude person. This experience was not worth $50 dollars and I would gladly give that girl $50 dollars just to see a smile on her face b/c she seems miserable. more

I want to thank Sophia SOOOO very much for a better experince than I thought was ever possible for a first time Brazilian wax customer. Her "bedside manner," her professionalism, and her fantastic peronality really put me at ease with such a sensitive and intimate spa service. I LOVE her!! I thought for sure that I would never be crazy enough to get waxed again, but she changed my mind....Thanks so very much Sophia!!!!! more

I had my first Sagittarius experience yesterday when I came in with my sister Leslie. Brandon was very kind to fit me in to his busy schedule and I'm so happy with my new haircut! Everyone was very friendly and I look forward to returning sometime in the future. Thanks so much! more

Every time I go to Sagittarius the service is timely, and the staff is always incredibly friendly. They always make sure I'm comfortable, and speak to me in depth about what I'd like to do with my hair. I'd suggest their services to anyone, hands down. more

This is the 2nd facial that I had with Bergan and I must say she is amazing with her work. It was a relaxed/comfortable atmostsphere and she talks to you about your skin and gives her recommendations. more

Great atmosphere, although I could hear people talking in the waiting room outside the room. The esthetician was good and respectful to not talk during the massage. Good experience. Would do it again. more

It was okay. The esthetician did a thorough job but tried to sell her products. Seemed a little rough. The room was very nice and the atmosphere relaxing. Just didn't seem worth the money to me. I won't do it again. more
