Hello, When I first visited your establishment, many years ago, things were much different. I was treated very differently. Aside a normal hair, which I always received, have seemed to vanish. Mostly the little things. Nothing major. Just the little things, which, as we know, mean the most. I adore the person who cuts my hair. But I have noticed over the years, as she has progressed, in her levels of training, the little things she once did, many years ago, are no longer done. As well has the hair wash station. Even there, things have changed. Once again, just the little things. All of which have resulted in 20 to 25+% tips to just 15% or less. As well, has my infrequent visits. I could go to a Hair cuttery, and get my hair done for over half the cost. However, I like the little things I once received. Now, I no longer received them. At the wash station I used to get a very nice scented scalp massage as well has my hands. Now, I am lucky to get two minutes of a scalp massage. Very disappointing. My hair cut, I used to get my eye brows and ears trimmed. The last several visits, none of those little things were done. Yet I pay $10.00 more and receive less. Well, that is my two cents.
