Wow! Can I just say how very happy I am with this dry carpet method of cleaning. I have used those other guys who ""steam clean"" your carpet and what ALWAYS happens is the stains return sometimes the very next day not to mention I can't walk on the carpet for an entire day. I called Miracle Cleaning a couple of weeks ago to have them come and clean. I really needed a particular room cleaned-my son had a ferret in his room for a few years and it was a messy pet!! In fact I wasn't even sure the carpet was worth cleaning. The technician cleaned the carpet, and altough it probably will need a new pad, it is much better than I expected. My wife is the one that scheduled (again) with you. We had an appointment at 8-9 AM last Saturday and Ron called 20 mins before and arrived right on time. He took time and walked through our house and we inspected our carpet together. He was careful with our property and very friendly. Our carpet was dry within 20 mins and is very clean. I didn't smell any chemicals so I felt it was safe to put my small child on the carpet because I know it's organic. Before using you I was a little worried because my experience with Steam Cleaning is that you have to wait until it dries until can walk on it or it just brings up the dirt. This has, by far, been my best experience ever with a carpet cleaning company. The customer service was excellent. They showed up when they said they were going to. I was happy with the estimate and they did the job right then and there even though it was late in the day. I was a little skeptical that they might not be able to get the carpets cleaned because I have two toddlers and a dog so there were lots of spots on the carpet. I waited to post my message because I wanted to see if the stains would come back. So far so good. Pros: Clean, dry, professional service Cons: Little expensive but worth it more

What a wonderful experience I had today! I am a retired employment consultant, and worked for the State of NC for 20 years. My job consisted of working with employees, as well as, employers. The two gentleman who cleaned our carpet were delightful. I am so impressed with the results of the dry cleaning process. Our carpet is 6 years old and had never been cleaned; however, it definitely needed to be cleaned. The carpet came to life; unbelievable! I told technician, Kim, it blew my mind that the carpet was totally dry when they finished the job except for the stairs which were just slightly damp. I am not the easiest person to please. When we needed to have our apartment cleaned, my first question was: Is there a system that is both environmentally, and physically safe, and at the same time efficient? Miracle Cleaning came out to do our carpets today and did an amazing job. Our home is 15 years old and we have 6 kids (yes 6)! The carpet really need replacing but we wanted to try cleaning it first to save some money. Miracle Cleaning showed us what would and would not come out before they started and I have to say the carpet looked almost perfect when they were finished. I posted this review then went later to look at my review. Only to notice that all the sudden it disappeared. I noticed that all the sudden there were just enough reviews to remove it from the front page of reviews. I'm no citysearch expert but something seems fishy since all the reviews were posted on the same day. BEWARE. When I first called for information about having my carpets dry cleaned and get a quote things were good. I was assured they were reputable and voted #1 by citysearch. That is when things went sadly wrong. Step one thirty minutes late with no call to even tell me so. The tech that did the carpet cleaning(if you can call him that) was rude to my question as to how the process worked. The amount I was told the job would be was 125 dollars more than the estimate( even though I gave exact dimensions of my rooms) . In hindsight I should have said no and told them to leave. However I figured they were already here so go ahead. Mistake number...well I lost count of how many mistakes that was. Virtually none of the stains came out, when I asked about them prior to begining the cleaning I was told ""NO PROBLEM THEY WILL COME RIGHT OUT"" when I inspected the work he began to give me excuses as to why they didnt come out. They weren't kool-aid or anything like that just some coffee spots I think. On top of all that after doing my research I have found out I was lied to from the start they are not rated #1 for carpet cleaning at all. I called around and found Miracle Cleaning had the best prices for carpet dry cleaning. A few of the other business organizations that offered dry cleaning charged 50X as much! So I went with Miracle Cleaning and I am very happy to say they did a perfect job on our carpets. We will use them again for sure. Pros: Great price, great cleaning more

We called Miracle Cleaning last week because our dog was very sick. She had thrown up all over the carpet and we could not get any of the stains to come up. We called Miracle Cleaning and spoke with Kim, she told us that she had an opening the same day and sent a technician out to do the cleaning a few hours later. They were able to get up all the stains and the carpet looks brand new now. We were very happy with the level of service they provided and the professionalism they had. Pros: Great cleaning more

I called Miracle Cleaning at the last minute because our in laws were coming into town. I told Kim about my house, the carpet problems we had and the short notice we got from our in laws. She worked with me and actually scheduled me for that very same day! I paid her more due to the last minute schedule but I didn't mind. The house cleaning crew came out first and did an amazing job, they cleaned everything in my home from top to bottom in about 3 hours. Shortly after they left the carpet cleaner came in and did all of our carpet, it took about 2 hours and the cleaner got up every stain. I was very happy with the work and everything they did, I actually already recommended them to several of our friends in the area. I set up an appointment for Miracle Carpet and House Cleaning to clean our house today. The person they sent out was 40 minutes late but pleasant when she arrived. She went to work straight away but I found that when I checked each area she finished, there were things that weren't done as well as I thought they could have been. Our house is always spotless and I needed them to come in and spruce things up but I had to remind her to do things such as vacuum our bedroom and clean the ceiling fans. The kitchen counters weren't cleaned. Under the toaster there were loads of bread crumbs and I had to vacuum the living room floor and parts of the kitchen after she left as there were bits of stuff left on the floor. I also had to Windex the glass table tops in our bedroom as she only straighten the items on them and left dust and cup marks without cleaning. She barely dusted the TV in our bedroom, I had to redo it. The window sills in the bedroom weren't cleaned either. I mean what's the point in paying over $100 just to redo things they should have done in the first place. I will try ""The Other Woman"" next and hope I have better luck with them. Cons: Inefficient, poor service and overpriced for what you get. more

My husband and I needed to find a very good cleaner for our home due to the allergies my husband has. If there is ANY amount of dust build up he can sneeze so much that he actually has to go to the hospital. If we use a cleaner that doesn't do a good job it can actually effect my husbands health. I called Miracle Cleaning and spoke with Kim and voiced my concerns. She came to the house for the first time cleaning and worked with my husband and I to understand our needs. We actually use the company twice a week and so far we have had no problems and my husband has not had to get any medical care. We had a serious problem with our carpet due to our dogs marking all over the place. We eventually had to remove the dogs outside and wanted to get the carpet cleaned to get rid of the stains. Kim came out and explained to us that the dog urine actually bleaches the carpet and showed us her method for cleaning. She was not able to remove every stain but the carpet looks so much better and we are totally satisfied with her services. Thanks for the hard work. more

Miracle Cleaning pro actively sent me an email, asking for my feedback. This was quite impressive customer service. Everything went great with the carpet cleaning! The cleaners came an hour early, and it was great to be done sooner rather than later. She was very efficient and quick and the carpet looks great.
