Review content:
We had a serious problem with our carpet due to our dogs marking all over the place. We eventually had to remove the dogs outside and wanted to get the carpet cleaned to get rid of the stains. Kim came out and explained to us that the dog urine actually bleaches the carpet and showed us her method for cleaning. She was not able to remove every stain but the carpet looks so much better and we are totally satisfied with her services. Thanks for the hard work.
