Worst

He didn't bring all of his cleaning supplies. The light fixtures in the bathrooms didn't get cleaned. The sink was still looking dirty. The kitchen floor and walls were still gros...

I have a 3 year old son and on top of that a Labrador so you can imagine what state my house would be in like....i went through their website and they claimed that they can remove any stain and also odor.. so I decided to try them out. I had nothing to lose.. they came on time and got to work ..They worked for around 2 hours .Their technician was courteous and soft spoken ..he almost got all of the stains out ..i cant believe how good everything looks around here?.i will highly recommend them to any one who wants their house cleaned.. more

Better than any other maid/cleaning service we have found. 3/23/2008

My husband and I wanted a good cleaning service to do our home once a week. We called Miracle Cleaning and talked to Kim (the owner) and she was very polite and helped us understand the process she used. We decided to start using her last month and we are very happy with the level of service she provided us. Everything on the check list was finished, the bed was made up, trash was taken out and the hard wood floors looked awesome. This service has made things so much easier on my husband and I. I really appreciate the hard work and effort put forth from the company. At this point we would never use anyone else to clean our home. The great thing about the company is that they are Christian owned so we are very happy to have them in our house instead of another group who we may not be able to trust. Used Miracle Cleaning for my wife's anniversary 3/23/2008

I wanted to surprise my wife and get our house cleaned for her before our anniversary night. We have four kids and she is very busy with them and work. I called Miracle Cleaning and got them to come clean the house while she was at work so I could surprise her. This was one of the best things I ever did for her, she was surprised and very happy. Best cleaning service we have used in the area 3/23/2008

My husband and I have been living in Raleigh for a little over 32 years now. I have used many different cleaning companies such as Merry Maids, The Maids and some local people I found on Craig's List. I saw Miracle Cleaning advertise their services and thought I would give them a try due to their reviews I've seen online and the awards they had won. I have to say that we have FINALLY found one of the best house and carpet cleaners in the area! Kim came out with another lady on the day of our cleaning and did our carpets first with a dry cleaning method I've never seen used before. The carpets came out very clean, they smelled great and were dry when she was finished. About 15 minutes after they left the house cleaner came over and cleaned our home from top to bottom. She did not miss a thing and made the house look better than it did when we first moved in. We are very happy with all services and will no longer use any other cleaning company. Pros: Great pricing, nice cleaning crew, did a perfect job! Cons: Nothing more

I've had many different companies come out and clean my carpet...... Stanley Steamer, etc. I have never had anyone that can do as good a job as Kim did this past week! We had some pretty serious pet stains due to our new puppy and some worn out spots in our living room area. Kim and her worker came over and made the carpet look brand new again and the product she uses smells so good. We were so pleased with the work that we even gave her a $20 tip on top of the full amount paid. Thanks again for the great work and service we appreciate it! Pros: Great service! more

We used Miracle Cleaning for house and carpet cleaning on our old home before we sold it. They did a perfect move out cleaning and got our carpet looking new again. Awesome cleaning job 11/2/2007

Kim came out today and cleaned my carpet, she did a great job and got all the stains out for us. We appreciate the extra effort and the hard work. Our dog had actually decided to keep using a few rooms for some reason. Kim was able to get up all the stains and the smell. Thanks again for such a great service! Pros: Got all the stains out! more

best cleaning company around. 10/29/2007

Well What can i say? when my eldest dog ripped the radiator off the wall i thought that was it. we are going to have to replace the carpet , however my wife suggested that we call mircale cleaning , after a user friendly phone call we where able to arrange a pointment for them to come round , a hour later and our carpet was as good as new, i can tell you i was truly amazed. i have never seen anything like it , this has got to be one of the best cleaning companies out their and i would reccomend it to anyone with a problem. excelant service , would use again 10/10/2007

i was recomended this company by a friend due to a slite accident i had with my new carpet , i had only had the carpet for 2 days and i manged to spill a bottle of red wine on to it ,it is one of those extremy thick carpets and it just sucked the wine up into it , well i tried everything to get rid of this stain with no luck , i was so mad with myself that i had done this as it was`nt a cheap carpet , so after the recomendation i decided to give Miracle Cleaning a try , i phoned them up and explained to them what i had done and they told me not to worry they had delt with this type of thing before and assured me they could sort it , well thats exactly what they did they came out and within an hour they had my carpet back to how it should be, no more stain , id just like to say these people are fantastic and if any one has the same problems i did please give them a call you will not regret it , also they saved me from alot of ear ache from the wife who was not best pleased with what i had done, so i would like to say a big thank you to first the employie who came out and got the stain removed and the company for saving my neck thanks alot more

Juice stains, fingerprints on windows... 10/10/2007

As the father of two little boys (3 and 5) I've seen my house go through it's fair share of peril. It had gotten to the point that Windex would no longer get the finger prints from the windows easily, and the stains in the carpeting wouldn't come out even with hard scrubbing. Extremely High Prices - with no results... Not Impressed! 10/4/2007

I did not have a good experience with Carpet Dry Cleaning. I was putting my house on the market and had some pet stains that I needed to have removed. I called them and got an estimate, but when they actually came out, the price charged was about $100 more then the estimate. The explanation I was given was that it would be the ""best quality - so I needed to pay more""... And then, they powdered all of the carpets - moved most of the furniture (I did notice that some things I specifically asked to have move - and paid more for them to move - weren't actually moved) and cleaned the carpets. The carpets looked SPOTLESS and I could not have been happier for the first day. But after I vacuumed ONE TIME the next day, all of the stains were back, and it was like nothing had ever been done. I ended up feeling like i paid about 3 times more money then I could have paid other companies - and had absolutely NO results the day after they left. So needless to say, I was HIGHLY not impressed. Pros: Good Response Time, Friendly People Cons: Incorrect Estimates, Terrible Cleaning Quality, and Extremely High Prices more

It is Really a Miracle!! 9/16/2007

I was at first skeptical about their service, but when when i tried it, Boy was i wrong!! I never had cleaning done so great before, I had tried so many other cleaning companies and they can never get it done right, it's either missing areas that are not clean or causing even more stains behind with their machinery. Anyways i would recommend this cleaning company every time u need cleaning done!! Pros: Great Communication and Service!!! Cons: NONE!! more

Best Cleaning Service that i have seen in Years. 9/16/2007

Throughout my life i have been through many many cleaning company's and by far Miracle Cleaning Incorporated is the best i have ever seen. I have 7 kids and at times my house can get very very dirty. Pros: Cheap, Fast, Arrived on time, were gone in a flash, No disgusting smell left behind, And boy did i say cheap? more
