This has, by far, been my best experience ever with a carpet cleaning company. The customer service was excellent. They showed up when they said they were going to. I was happy with the estimate and they did the job right then and there even though it was late in the day. I was a little skeptical that they might not be able to get the carpets cleaned because I have two toddlers and a dog so there were lots of spots on the carpet. I waited to post my message because I wanted to see if the stains would come back. So far so good.
Pros: Clean, dry, professional service
Cons: Little expensive but worth it
