Mike Delohery, Salesman at Rydells 3/15/2011

We recently purchased a new 2011 Silverado from Rydell Chevrolet. We had exceptionally fantastic service from our salesman, Mike Delohery. We believe he went above and beyond the 'call of duty.' He answered every question to our satisfaction. After our purchase he went with us to the truck and helped us with initiating the phone systems in our new truck. He also explained the onstar program and the XM radio as well. We will definitely return to Mike at Rydells for our next purchase. We are and always have been a GM/Chevrolet family. more

Great service experience! 3/8/2011

Another positive experience at Rydell's service dept. thanks to Rod Troftgruben, John Tyrrell and Ken Espelund. A warning light came on while my husband was out of town. My dilema was taken seriously and was quickly resolved. It required warranty service and Ken Espelund coordinated the ordering parts, rental car and made my service experience painless. I appreciated his calling me with updates on the repair progress.\r Fortunately during my vehicle's diagnostic check, my vehicle showed my tires were getting dangerously thin and needed to be replaced soon. I would not have checked them until something more serious would have happend. Very impressed with John Tyrrel's help in getting me the "right" tires for my vehicle. John definitely is our "go-to guy" for all our tire needs. We have bought tires in the past from John Tyrrell and have always been pleased with John's tire choices for each vehicle and found the price to be better than other discount tire suppliers in Grand Forks. New Rims For Jeep Wrangler 3/1/2011

Trevor Knudson and Matt Paschke have done an excellent job on ordering in the new rims for my Jeep Wrangler. They also went out of there way to pick up the Jeep at my house and installed the rims while i was traveling in Europe for work. Then returned it to the house for me. I'm very happy and appreciative for them going the extra mile while I was out of the country. \r All positives and EXCELLENT customer service. more

I own a Nissan Murano in which the hatch had started to rattle. I had brought it to the Nissan dealership at a min of 2 times for them to fix. Each time I was there it took them a min of 3 hours to "Fix" the problem which was never fixed. So, I contacted Steve Flatt a sales associate at Rydells, he brought me back to Travis Bursinger in the Service Dept. Travis scheduled me right away to get the hatch fixed. My experience with the service Dept at Rydells (Travis Bursinger) was exceptional. I feel he went above and beyond to assist in fixing a problem. Thank you so much. more

I recently bought a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche from Rydell in Grand Forks and i am very pleased with it. I worked with Sandra Harthan on the deal, she was great to work with she had everything ready for me all i had to do was sign and i was gone, I would reccomend Rydell to anyone looking for a new vehicle. more

Brett Hanson, My family and I have bought many vehicles from Brett new and used. I will only work with Brett because he goes above and beyond what he needs to do. He is a straight shooter. \r \r Matt Paschke is just awesome to work with. I live out of town so it is hard for me to get into town but Matt always works around my schedule. Thanks again Matt.\r \r Travis Bursinger, I have know Travis for years and have worked with him a couple times. Travis just makes it easy for you to get you vehicle in and out. We brought our Avalanche in to Rydell's for service work when our "check engine" light came on. Talk about "top notch" service -- not only did they quickly repair the problem, but they had our vehicle washed for us, AND John Tyrrell was gracious enough to deliver our Avalanche to us in Thompson as we were attending our daughter's basketball game. I don't know of anyone else that would go out of their way for us the way John did! Way to go that extra mile!! Thank you very much for all that you did for us!! more

Fantastic Sales Service 2/1/2011

My wife and I just completed a purchase of a new vehicle to suit our family. While I have purchased several vehicles over the years I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Mike Delohery\r at Rydell's. Mike not only creates a comfortable setting for you to shop in, but you can tell he is sincerely looking out for your best interests and not just a quick sale. SERVICE REPAIR AT IT'S BEST 1/27/2011

I had my vehicle in for service work (replace a module) and had the pleasure of working with Dan Evavold (service consultant). This gentleman should receive some award - what a CLASS act. I received a shuttle to the mall to shop while my vehicle was being worked on, received a cell phone call from Dan when it was going to take longer than expected, (took longer because I added to the original appointment - needed an estimate for a scratch on the back of my Denali, requested an estimate to replace tires on my other vehicle & had them check light warning chime). Dan handled all these extras. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS VERY BEST - THANKS DAN EVAVOLD - GIVE THE MAN A RAISE!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
