Another positive experience at Rydell's service dept. thanks to Rod Troftgruben, John Tyrrell and Ken Espelund. A warning light came on while my husband was out of town. My dilema was taken seriously and was quickly resolved. It required warranty service and Ken Espelund coordinated the ordering parts, rental car and made my service experience painless. I appreciated his calling me with updates on the repair progress.\r
Fortunately during my vehicle's diagnostic check, my vehicle showed my tires were getting dangerously thin and needed to be replaced soon. I would not have checked them until something more serious would have happend. Very impressed with John Tyrrel's help in getting me the "right" tires for my vehicle. John definitely is our "go-to guy" for all our tire needs. We have bought tires in the past from John Tyrrell and have always been pleased with John's tire choices for each vehicle and found the price to be better than other discount tire suppliers in Grand Forks.
