Josh Barker was the salesman i dealt with when i purchased a vehicle last week and just want to say thank you Josh for your friendly personality and being very good at your job. You explained everything in great detail and made my experience at Rydell great. I bought a car back in 1956 at Rydells and i still have the car but i have to say you by FAR are the best salesman i have ever seen at Rydells. We just bought a pickup last week from JOSH BARKER and want to say thank you for being so great to us and being honest and friendly and making us feel welcomed. He was the best salesman we have ever had in the past and would definetly go back to him on our next purchase. We are going to tell everyone to stop by and talk to Josh Barker when they want to purchase a vehicle. Rydell Chevrolet is the first place i bought my 2004 chevy silverado from and Mike Uriell was a very nice sales man and i would buy another vehicle there again if i do decide to trade again and Mike Uriell was a good salesman too andi hope to buy fro Rydell Chevrollet again in the near future. more

Qucik, Professional, and Friendly 1/12/2011

I brought my HHR in for an oil change the day before I was going to leave for a trip and I was told I had a leak in my front axle seal. I was helped right away by a man name Travis Bursinger. I was amazed on how quickly Travis got my vehicle into the shop for repairs. Travis was extremely professional when I was talking to him. He answered all of my questions and explained everything to me so I could understand what was going on. He made sure I was still able to make it out of town on time. I am very thankful for how helpful Travis was when I was in such a tight spot! more

Great service/salesman 1/8/2011

We had a very good experience at rydell. We found the car online and although we are from Moorhead our sales consultant Bill Bushaw offered to arrange his son to drive the Honda we were looking at down to Moorhead. We decided to buy the Honda for their reliability and high trade in value. Bill was very good to work with and we are very happy with our purchase. We hope to be driving our Honda for years to come. more

i have one good description for rydells,excellent in every corner of their business here in grand forks 1.excellent service 2.excellent time in all areas one person that i really can count on to get the problem directed to the right area.that is ned eullis..he has helped me tremendolusly, he is the right person to talk to no matter what issue is he will bend over backwards for all customers..rydells keep up the good work and excellent service the rating i would give rydells is a 5 star more

Thank you Ken Espelund! 12/3/2010

I brought my Cadillac Escalade in to have the tires replaced. They were specialty 26" rims. After replacing the tires it was discovered that air was leaking out of one the tires. After thorough, persistent investigation by Ken Espelund, the cause of the leak was a faulty valve stem that was affected by temperature change. Ken went out of his way to see that this repair was completed to my satisfaction. I want to thank him for his hard work and determination.\r Bernie Dallum more

Satisfied Home Owner 8/6/2010

We had an old, original spring break and the cars were trapped in the garage. We called Raynor Garage Door who came promptly, replaced both springs and saw a few minor maintanence items they adjusted while here. Great Job! more
