About a year ago, our car developed a knocking noise in the engine. We took it to two or three different dealerships to fix it, including the dealership where we bought it. We received no satisfaction at any of those places, so we took it to Rydell in a last-ditch effort to find the problem. Ken Espelund handled the servicing of the car with the utmost concern for our satisfaction and getting the job done right. He kept us posted on the service department's progress until they found the problem and finally fixed it. He took care of EVERYTHING, including handling the warranty issues, getting the car serviced correctly, and giving us a loaner vehicle. There were no hidden surprises and the car is now running great again. We can't say enough good things about our experience working with Ken, and we will definitely be going to Rydell for any future vehicle purchase and/or servicing.
