Recently called Russo Brothers because my water was not working at. After some investigation they figured out that the town had inexplicably turned off my water the day before without leaving a note or contacting me. They chased the issue all the way up to the CEO of the water company who got a tech out right away. Joe C was on site and would not leave until it was fixed. Although they were on site for a while they only charged me a nominal amount. Was a great experience. more
