I've used Russo Bros. multiple times and on each occasion have been impressed by the quality of their service and professionalism. Art, the technician, carefully diagnosed the issue and fully explained the options and pricing to fix it. Once I decided on the option, the necessary parts where delivered and Art made the repair quickly and neatly....it looks better now than before I had the problem. Also, the person who scheduled the appointment was very courteous and the call with the technician's name and ETA was much appreciated. Thank you!
