Spring Service 4-2021 4/19/2021

Tim M. completed the air conditioning service and did an excellent job. He did not just make sure it worked and left, he checked and cleaned the unit to ensure it will work well and efficiently. I appreciate that level of customer service!!! Thank you more

neat and clean, a pro 4/5/2021

Arrived on time as scheduled, and he pointed out the most likely cause of the toilet not filling was the flush valve inside the tank. But I had seen that the water supply valve by the floor was dripping, and I asked that he start there replace that and see if it was just that, or did he need to replace the flush valve in the tank Harun was correct in that the 20 year old flush valve in the toilet tank was worn and the cause, but I still feel better that the water supply valve has been replaced so no more drips or leaks on to the floor so happy that he did both. Very neat and clean as he worked, very polite, job well done. He checked for leaks before leaving and even sprayed and cleaned where he had been working. My second time using Russo Plumbing and very happy both times, will use in all future calls, I was told up front as to costs and so knew exactly how much before the work began no surpises. more

Excellent as always 5/9/2019

I always see Art twice a year....when I have my PSA service call. He is always on time and he does his job. Always goes the extra mile when I ask him questions and his response will be....I checked it already. Like I said...does his job and he likes my dog. Can't ask for more. Thank you Art. more

Excellent service 3/12/2019

Nick C was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and fast. I was shown that in addition to the shut off valve that was leaking, the others next to it were also badly corroded and so I had them done now. Fast service, clean neat, even wore booties over his shoes to keep from tracking dirt into the house. Everything was explained to me, and after installation, everything was leak checked. I must say 2 emergency issues at my in-laws house and you never let me down. Jeff came to the house today and was tremendous. Took a huge weight off my shoulders with house precise he was with the broken pipe. Wish more people in the world would operate like Russo Brothers. Thank you again for your fine service. more
