Brought my car in at 8 am for an appointment for a recall. Was told it would be a three hour appointment and my car should be ready by noon....I called at 11:45 to check and make ...

We are extremely satisfied with Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. We traded in our old car and got a brand new dodge caravan. The sales people were very honest and straight forward. We ended up getting a really good deal. They also made the process so painless. We are loving our new car! more

I felt like they listened to me, worked to get a reasonable price, and that they have a quality product 3/27/2014

I bought a car from Royal Gate Automotive Group and I felt like the salesman was professional, interested in having a good understanding of what I was looking for, trading in, and what I was willing to spend. I felt like he didn't just work for the dealership but for me as a customer. He was respectful, even though, I came in as a single woman. At other dealerships, I was not taken seriously but at Royal Gate, I was afforded the same respect a single man would be. more

Straightforward, professional, helpful 3/3/2014

My experience with Royal Gate Auto Group was positive. Their options were good and they were very thorough when it came to details about leasing. The owner was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me things about each vehicle I was interested in. He was very patient and not pushy whatsoever. He was very clear about prices and negotiation. I'd definitely recommend coming here. more

Royal Gate Auto Group gave me a great deal. Everyone was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Filling in the paperwork was a breeze and we were able to agree on a very good price for the truck that I purchase from them. They were honest and treated us well. Everything got done fairly quickly and I'd recommend them. more

We've already recommended seven people within the last two years to Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, and they all bought cars. We've been buying cars from them since 2006. They've gone out of the way to make everything accessible and easy for us. They've met all our demands, and we just bought a 2014 Dodge pickup from them. They're all really nice! more

I recently purchased a vehicle from Royal Gate Dodge and I had a decent experience. Some of the sales staff was hard to work with on pricing but the Sales Manager made it happen. Once everyone was on the same page the process was relatively simple. more

Not a pleasant experience 2/24/2014

The sales team wasn't too bad but it took them over 30 days to send me the proper paper work for my tags, so I was highly frustrated when I got a ticket concerning that. Similarly, their service department is not willing to do much of anything. I went back a couple times telling them something was wrong and they would simply $@!#% off by saying that in fact, there was not anything wrong. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the whole experience. more

Efficent but would not go down on price. 2/18/2014

I purchased a Dodge Durango from Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram about four months ago. For the most part I would say that they were efficient. Overall I was satisfied with most of my interactions with them. However, when it came to pricing, they could have gone down a little bit more. Due to my particular circumstances, I hoped that they would have worked with me a little more than they did. At the end of the day, they are trying to get more money. I have had to replace the fan in the vehicle which cost me $200. I was not very happy about that. more

Supposed to be early appt out by noon. 1/22/2014

Brought my car in at 8 am for an appointment for a recall. Was told it would be a three hour appointment and my car should be ready by noon....I called at 11:45 to check and make sure it would be ready and they said "oh no it actually will not be ready until 4:30 or 5...there were apparently two other cars in there for the same recall before mine. Would have been nice for the service guy to let me know this when I dropped my car off being told it would be ready at noon and actually not being ready until the end of the day was a horrible first visit for service more

We've purchased four vehicles from Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram over the last 20 years. Recently I brought my car in to have some work done on a tire. They got me in really quickly, and it was painless. The staff is really easy to work with, and they provide good service. more

I've had a good experience with Royal Gate 10/25/2013

I don't have any problems with Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I've been in there several times. Basically, when I need something done I take it in and they get it done. It's pretty straight forward and no-hassle. I bought my Jeep there and then moved out of town. So I was going there for about half a year and then it's been a year and a half since I moved back. Their Customer service is fine. They answer my questions and get done what I need to get done. more

I went to Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep and Ram with a recall notice from Jeep. They were very quick to respond and set up an appointment for me. They took my car right away, so I didn't have to do much waiting around. They were done with the work about two hours before they had figured. That was definitely pleasant! more

Frustrating & time consuming. 10/14/2013

We've had the same problem occur with our 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan over and over again. It's been having electrical issues and Royal Gate Dodge has been having trouble finding the root cause. We've had this problem for many years. In July, the car went dead four times. It just wouldn't start. Last month we had the same problem; three times the car went dead -- no lights, no engine start, nothing. Each time we take it in, it just seems like they're guessing and don't want to admit something is wrong with the vehicle. more

I purchased a vehicle from Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. The purchase itself was a little rough. After the purchase, though, the service was great. I'd really have to commend them on their service. I didn't have any problems with that part. Quick and easy emissions check. 7/31/2013

I needed to have my car inspected for emission control to get a license. I called Royal Gate Dodge, they told me they could take me in as soon as I arrived at their facility, and the whole service didn't take more than 15 minutes to complete. more

20 years of friendly and knowledgeable technicians 7/30/2013

Royal Gate Dodge gives me a ride home whenever I take my car in for repairs. They make my appointments around my convenience, and they are very friendly and welcoming. I have been using Royal Gate for maybe 20 years and I would highly recommend them. I feel that their technicians are trained and knowledgeable about my Jeep product. more
