I purchased a Dodge Durango from Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram about four months ago. For the most part I would say that they were efficient. Overall I was satisfied with most of my interactions with them. However, when it came to pricing, they could have gone down a little bit more.
Due to my particular circumstances, I hoped that they would have worked with me a little more than they did. At the end of the day, they are trying to get more money. I have had to replace the fan in the vehicle which cost me $200. I was not very happy about that.
